PRESIDENT FELIX TSHISEKEDI APPOINTS ACTING CHIEF OF STAFF
Desire Cashmir Kolongele Eberande has been appointed Chief of Staff for President Felix Tshisekedi, in an acting capacity. Kolengele has been serving as a deputy under the same portfolio and will now replace Vital Kamerhe, who remains in prison on charges of embezzlement.
Before being appointed at the post of deputy in January 2019, Kolengele Eberande was a Professor at the University of Kinshasa, specialising in the field of law.
