TANGANYIKA: TWO ZAMBIAN AGENTS ARRESTED IN THE TERRITORY OF MUSOSA


According to the administrator of the town, which is situated about 200km from the territory of Moba , the Zambian men were between the age of 33 and 69. They were arrested by members of Congo's national intelligence agency, known by its french term Agence  Nationale de Renseigment.
The men are said to have failed to produce any legal document justifying their presence on Congolese soil; after a search was carried out on them it was then discovered that they were criminal investigation police of the Republic of Zambia. Authorities said they will be taken to the provincial capital in Kalemie for further interrogation.
Security agents in Tanganyika are on high alert after the incursion of the Zambian army in parts of Muliro, which according to civil society they still occupy today. They Zambian forces are also said to be deployed in large number along the border with the Congolese  town of Moba. In return the Congolese government have also increased the number of troops on their side.
